...All river forecast points are expected to remain below flood stage...

Moisture streaming up from the tropics has shifted east primarily along
the coast for the next 24-48 hours. Isolated afternoon showers and
thunderstorms are expected through the forecast area Monday and Tuesday.
Heavier rainfall is not expected to redevelop until mid-week...when the
remnants of T.S. Erika move out of Georgia into Eastern SC. Additional
minor river level rises are possible mid-week...however all forecast
points will remain below flood stage.
