THE STRONG COLD FRONT THAT PUSHED ACROSS THE DAKOTAS IS NOW IN
MINNESOTA. SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WERE AHEAD OF THE
FRONT IN EASTERN MINNESOTA...WITH ANOTHER AREA OF SHOWERS ACROSS
SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA.

WINDS WERE STRONG ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS. NORTHWEST GUSTS OVER
50 MPH BEHIND THE FRONT IN THE DAKOTAS AND SOUTHERLY GUSTS TO 40
MPH AHEAD OF THE FRONT IN MINNESOTA.

THIS MORNING SHOWERS WILL EXIT THE REGION EAST AND THE STRONGEST
WIND GUSTS WILL PROGRESS EAST WITH THE FRONT. SKIES WILL ALSO
CLEAR TODAY FROM WEST TO EAST...WITH HIGHS RANGING FROM THE 40S IN
NORTHERN MINNESOTA TO THE MID 60S IN SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA.
