OVERNIGHT...AREAS OF LOW CLOUDS AND EVEN SOME PATCHY FOG WAS
COMMON ACROSS WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. LOW TEMPERATURES
RANGED FROM THE LOW TO MID 20S OVER THE EASTERN PANHANDLE...NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA...AND SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...TO THE UPPER 20S TO
NEAR 30 OVER THE SANDHILLS. WINDS WERE PRIMARILY OUT OF THE EAST NORTHEAST
FROM 5 TO 15 MILES PER HOUR.

TODAY...TEMPERATURES WILL STRUGGLE TO REACH INTO THE MID TO UPPER
40S. MORNING CLOUDS WILL SLOWLY BEGIN TO DISSIPATE...GIVING WAY TO
MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES. WINDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE OUT OF THE
SOUTHEAST DURING THE DAYLIGHT HOURS...WITH THE BREEZIEST
CONDITIONS OVER THE EASTERN PANHANDLE AND ALONG THE SOUTH DAKOTA
BORDER.
