DIVERGENT UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE TRIGGERING ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
NORTH OF THE TROUGH WELL SOUTH OF GUAM WITHIN 125 MILES OF A LINE
FROM 7N141E TO 3N148E.

A SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDS NORTHWARD FROM THE CIRCULATION CENTERED
SOUTHWEST OF CHUUK TO END SOUTHEAST OF GUAM NEAR 10N147E. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING NEAR THIS FEATURE
AND THE SECOND CIRCULATION SOUTHWEST OF POHNPEI...OVER CHUUK WITHIN
95 MILES OF A LINE FROM 10N146E TO 10N150E TO 3N158E.

A TRADE-WIND DISTURBANCE IS GENERATING WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
A FEW THUNDERSTORMS FROM THE MARSHALL ISLANDS TO THE DATE LINE
