...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN SHERIDAN...EASTERN
GOVE AND SOUTHERN GRAHAM COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 PM CDT...

At 1044 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 9 miles northeast of Park
to 6 miles northeast of Gove to 4 miles west of Shields. Movement was
east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Quinter around 1050 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 99 and
112.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
west central Kansas. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch also remains in
effect until midnight CDT for northwestern Kansas.
