...RAIN AND SNOW MIX BECOMING ALL SNOW THIS AFTERNOON THEN ENDING
TONIGHT...

MUCH COLDER AIR WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD SOUTHWEST ACROSS LOWER
MICHIGAN INTO NORTHERN INDIANA AND NORTHWEST OHIO. THE PRECIPITATION
LATE THIS MORNING WAS MOSTLY RAIN SOUTH OF STATE HIGHWAY 30...A
RAIN AND SNOW MIX NORTH OF HIGHWAY 30...AND MOSTLY SNOW OVER LOWER
MICHIGAN. THE PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGEOVER TO ALL SNOW FROM NORTH
TO SOUTH THIS AFTERNOON. IN ADDITION TO THE SNOW...MUCH COLDER
AIR WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA AND WILL CAUSE AREAS OF BLOWING
AND DRIFTING SNOW FOR A FEW HOURS BEFORE THE SNOW ENDS. SNOWFALL
AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AROUND AN INCH OR LESS NEAR THE INDIANA
AND MICHIGAN BORDER TO BETWEEN 3 AND 4 INCHES FROM PORTLAND TO
LIMA. ROADS MAY BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLICK THIS AFTERNOON. IF
YOU ARE TRAVELLING TODAY...BE PREPARED FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER THIS
AFTERNOON AND POSSIBLY EARLY TONIGHT.
