...A LINE OF SHOWERS WITH A FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT
ST. TAMMANY AND WASHINGTON PARISHES...WALTHALL...EASTERN PIKE AND
WESTERN PEARL RIVER COUNTIES...

At 1032 PM CST, radar indicated showers with a few embedded
thunderstorms located along a line extending from near Jayess to 11
miles south of Madisonville. Movement was east at 20 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Slidell, Bogalusa, Picayune, Covington, Franklinton, Pearl River,
Abita Springs, Tylertown, Varnado, Madisonville, Folsom, Sun, Lake
Catherine, Lacombe, Enon, Crossroads, Bush, Salem, Dexter and Angie.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this line, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
