JUAN...AGUAS BUENAS...JUNCOS...TRUJILLO ALTO...GUAYNABO...
GURABO...BAYAMON...HUMACAO...LAS PIEDRAS...CANOVANAS...
NAGUABO AND CAROLINA MUNICIPALITIES...

AT 109 AM AST...A LINE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE CLUSTERED OVER THE
CENTRAL INTERIOR...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10-15 MPH. THESE STORMS ARE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...WIND GUSTS UP TO 30
MPH...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND LOW
LYING AREAS AS WELL AS REDUCED VISIBILITIES IS EXPECTED. SOME MINOR
URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY CAUSE
LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 10 MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
SHELTER INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.
