At 404 AM PST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Bruceville, or near Elk Grove, moving east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm along
with brief heavy rain.

Elk Grove, Galt, Ione, Rancho Murieta, Franklin, Latrobe, Rancho Seco
Park, Bruceville, Forest Home, Sheldon, Buena Vista, Sloughhouse,
