...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR ST. CHARLES...SOUTHWESTERN
ORLEANS...WEST CENTRAL ST. BERNARD...NORTHWESTERN PLAQUEMINES AND
JEFFERSON PARISHES WILL EXPIRE AT 730 PM CDT...

THE STORMS WHICH PROMPTED THE WARNING HAVE WEAKENED BELOW SEVERE
LIMITS...AND NO LONGER POSES AN IMMEDIATE THREAT TO LIFE OR PROPERTY.
THEREFORE THE WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE. HOWEVER HEAVY RAIN
IS STILL OCCURRING WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS AND WILL LIKELY RESULT
IN AREAS OF STREET FLOODING.
