WEATHER SYNOPSIS

SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE THE WEATHER PATTERN THROUGH THE
END OF THE WORK WEEK. THE ONE FLY IN THE OINTMENT APPEARS TO BE A
DISTURBANCE SHUTTLING DOWN IN THE NORTHWEST FLOW ALOFT THAT WILL
BRING A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO MAINLY SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI ON WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT. OTHERWISE PARTLY SUNNY
SKIES WITH DAYTIME TEMPERATURES IN THE 70S AND NIGHTTIME LOWS IN THE
50S WILL BE COMMON.

A WARMING TREND WILL TAKE PLACE LATE THIS WEEK AS TEMPERATURES INCH
UP TO AROUND 80 ON FRIDAY AND WELL INTO THE 80S ON SATURDAY AHEAD OF
OUR NEXT FRONTAL SYSTEM AIMED TO SLIDE THROUGH THE AREA SATURDAY
NIGHT INTO SUNDAY WITH A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DURING
THIS TIME. BEHIND THIS SYSTEM COOLER WEATHER WILL ONCE AGAIN TAKE
OVER WITH HIGHS BACK INTO THE 70S.
