THE SYNOPSIS FOR WESTERN AND CENTRAL WYOMING...

A MOSTLY CLEAR SKY TONIGHT WILL ALLOW FOR PATCHY FOG TO FORM IN MANY
SNOW-COVERED VALLEYS AND BASINS. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO BE MOST
DENSE IN THE WIND RIVER BASIN THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. THE NEXT
WEATHER SYSTEM WILL CROSS THE REGION THURSDAY NIGHT. LIGHT SNOW IS
EXPECTED IN THE WESTERN MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS WITH THIS WEAK STORM.
A BETTER CHANCE OF SNOW WILL ARRIVE THIS WEEKEND...ESPECIALLY
SUNDAY...AS MOISTURE OFF THE PACIFIC OCEAN REACHES WYOMING.
