SOUTH OF HONOLULU. IRREGULAR...PULSING THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO
DEVELOP AROUND THE LOW...BUT THIS FEATURE HAS CHANGED LITTLE IN
ORGANIZATION DURING THE PAST 24 HOURS.
* FORMATION CHANCE THROUGH 48 HOURS...LOW...10 PERCENT.

ELSEWHERE...NO TROPICAL CYCLONES ARE EXPECTED THROUGH LATE THURSDAY
