...BLIZZARD WARNING IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in Anchorage has cancelled the
Blizzard Warning.

Warming temperatures and decreasing winds have ended the blizzard
threat.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS
EVENING TO 6 AM AKST WEDNESDAY...

* SNOW...3 to 8 inches highest amounts in the Kuskokwim Valley
  and along the Alaska Range.

* TIMING...Snow will spread over the area early this afternoon...
   increasing in intensity through the afternoon and evening
  hours. Snow will taper off from west to east from the late
  evening through the early morning hours on Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...A winter weather advisory for snow means that
  periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be
  prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities...
  and use caution while driving.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel may be difficult. Visibilities will be limited in heavy
snowfall.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS
MORNING TO MIDNIGHT AKST TONIGHT...

* LOCATION...South of Bethel and along the coast.

* SNOW...3 to 7 inches...the largest snowfall accumulations will
  be from Kipnuk east and south of Bethel.

* VISIBILITY...Reduced to one-half mile at times. The blowing
  snow threat will mainly be from Kipnuk northward along the
  coast.

* WIND...Northeast wind 15 to 30 mph.

* TIMING...Snowfall rates will begin to increase late this
  morning...with the heaviest snowfall and strongest winds
  beginning in the early afternoon. Visibilities will likely be
  reduced during the afternoon and evening hours Tuesday.
  Conditions will begin to improve by Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Snowfall combined with strong winds and blowing snow
  may produce white-out conditions at times. Driving may become
  very difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel may be difficult. Visibilities will be limited in heavy
snowfall.

MORNING TO 3 AM AKST WEDNESDAY NORTH AND WEST...

* LOCATION...From Dillingham north and west.

* SNOW...6 to 11 inches. The largest snowfall accumulations will
  extend from that area as well as north of Dillingham.

* VISIBILITY...Reduced to one-half mile at times. The blowing
  snow threat will be limited to areas along the coast west of
  Dillingham.

* WIND...Northeast wind 15 to 30 mph.

* TIMING...Snowfall rates will begin to increase late Tuesday
  morning...with the heaviest snowfall and strongest winds
  beginning in the early afternoon. Conditions will begin to
  improve by tonight.

* IMPACTS...Snowfall combined with strong winds and blowing snow
  may produce white-out conditions at times. Driving may become
  very difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel may be difficult. Visibilities will be limited in falling
and blowing snow.
