.A COLD FRONT WILL SLOWLY MOVE SOUTHWARD ACROSS PENNSYLVANIA
TODAY...AND REMAIN JUST SOUTH OF THE KEYSTONE STATE THROUGH EARLY
THURSDAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING HEAVY SNOW TO SOUTH CENTRAL
PENNSYLVANIA WEDNESDAY EVENING INTO THURSDAY. MODERATE TO HEAVY
ACCUMULATIONS ARE LIKELY ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA BEFORE
THE SNOW TAPERS OFF BY EARLY THURSDAY EVENING.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS
EVENING TO 7 PM EST THURSDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER
IN EFFECT.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR FREEZING RAIN AND DRIZZLE REMAINS IN
EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 4 TO 8 INCHES...ALONG WITH
  BRIEF PERIOD OF SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW...AND A SHARP DROP IN TEMPERATURE.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...LITTLE IF ANY ICE ACCUMULATION.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES.

* TIMING...PATCHES OF FREEZING RAIN AND DRIZZLE WILL CHANGE TO
  PLAIN RAIN AFTER 7 AM. UNTREATED ROADS WILL REMAIN ICY UNTIL
  AROUND 7 AM. AFTER A BRIEF BREAK...SNOW WILL MOVE BACK INTO THE
  AREA BY LATE AFTERNOON OR EARLY THIS EVENING. THE SNOW WILL
  CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY.

* WINDS...BECOMING NORTHWEST AT 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20
