THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHEYENNE HAS CANCELLED THE WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY. SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW HAS ENDED ACROSS THE
NORTHERN SNOWY RANGE FOOTHILLS. ICY ROADWAYS AND SOME BLOWING SNOW
OVER AREA ROADS ARE EXPECTED INTO THIS EVENING...BUT IMPACTS
SHOULD BE LOW.

* TIMING...THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL
  FALL THIS MORNING.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS
  ON WEST AND NORTHWEST FACING SLOPES. ADDITIONAL SNOW
  ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS GUSTING IN EXCESS
  OF 50 MPH. VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO BELOW ONE QUARTER
  MILE AT TIMES IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRAVEL. VERY COLD AND DANGEROUS WIND CHILL
  TEMPERATURES COULD LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA FOR THOSE CAUGHT
  OUTDOORS.

  SNOW MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO BELOW ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...COMBINATION OF SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CREATE
  PERIODS OF HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ALONG INTERSTATE 25
  FROM GLENDO TO CASPER THIS MORNING.
