...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Light snow expected through daybreak near the Tennessee
  Border. Black ice expected through late morning. Difficult
  travel conditions expected due to snow covered roads and black
  ice. Plan on slippery road conditions. Additional snow
  accumulations of up to one inch are expected across the higher
  elevations near the Tennessee border.

* WHERE...The North Carolina mountains.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow
around. Use caution when traveling, especially in open areas.
