  INCH ELSEWHERE. MOTORISTS SHOULD PLAN THEIR TRAVELS ACCORDINGLY
  AND BE PREPARED TO ENCOUNTER ISOLATED SLIPPERY SPOTS ON ELEVATED
  BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
