* TIMING...A MIXTURE OF RAIN AND SNOW WILL BECOME ALL SNOW
  OVERNIGHT. THE SNOW WILL BECOME MODERATE TO HEAVY AT TIMES LATE
  TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...BEFORE GRADUALLY TAPERING OFF
  BY LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTALS OF 6 TO 9 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE...
  WITH THE HIGHER TOTALS NORTH OF I-74.

* WIND...GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS OF UP TO 35 MPH WILL CAUSE
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE SNOW BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING.

* IMPACTS...ROADWAYS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS LATE
  TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY. VISIBILITIES WILL BECOME POOR DUE TO THE
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE SNOW...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS SUNDAY
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

  SUNDAY NIGHT...WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS NORTH OF THE I-72
  CORRIDOR.

  CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE SNOW BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND
