URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...COLD WIND CHILLS ALONG WITH AREAS OF BLACK ICE OVERNIGHT...

.ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION IN THE WAKE OF
THE WINTER STORM OVERNIGHT ALLOWING TEMPERATURES TO FALL INTO THE
SINGLE DIGITS ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS. THESE VERY COLD
TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH WILL
CREATE VERY LOW WIND CHILLS ACROSS THE VIRGINIA HIGHLANDS AND
GREENBRIER VALLEY. IN ADDITION...THE REFREEZING OF RESIDUAL WATER
WILL MAKE FOR AREAS OF BLACK ICE OVERNIGHT.
