...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Esopus Creek at Cold Brook.

* WHEN...Until late this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flood stage. Water begins to overflow
  banks above Ashokan Reservoir with little damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 10.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this morning to a crest of 11.2 feet this morning. It will
    then fall below flood stage late this morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
