...Heavy Rain Possible This Afternoon And Evening...

Periods of thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening could
produce 1 to locally 3 inches of rainfall. This will result in
ponding of water in poor drainage areas. If the rain falls in a
short period of time localized flooding may develop. Locations
across far southern Grant County have the greatest chances for
seeing heavy rainfall. If heavy rain develops be alert for rising
water and possible flooding, especially on rivers or streams
susceptible to rapid rises.
