...Locally Heavy Rains Possible Tonight...

Another round of thunderstorms is expected to move across the
area tonight. Rainfall rates could easily be 1 to 2 inches per
hour. If these storms continue to move over the same location,
flash flooding may occur. Rises on area rivers along with some
river flooding would also be possible.

Be weather alert tonight if you live near a river, stream, in an
area prone to flash flooding or one of the locations that saw
heavier rain Sunday night. If heavy rain or rapidly rising water
levels are observed, be prepared to quickly seek higher ground.
