HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LA CROSSE WI
400 AM CDT FRI AUG 19 2016

...PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL POSSIBLE THROUGH SATURDAY...

ACTIVE WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH SATURDAY WHICH COULD BRING
SEVERAL ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS. GIVEN THE HUMID ATMOSPHERE THESE
STORMS COULD PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...AND OVER TIME...COULD
ACCUMULATE SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN LEADING TO FLOODING PROBLEMS.

THOSE HIT WITH HEAVY RAINFALL EARLY THIS MORNING...AND BY THE
HEAVY RAINFALL LAST WEEK...WILL BE THE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO
FLOODING. MONITOR THE WEATHER CLOSELY OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

IN ADDITION...SOME AREA RIVERS WILL LIKELY RISE.
