...Minor Flooding possible along The Yellow River at Necedah...

Forecast rainfall, combined with the already moist soil conditions,
is expected to result in rising water levels. Should this forecast
rainfall materialize, minor flooding will be possible in these areas.

Yellow River at Necedah...The stage this morning was 12.42 feet.
Flood stage is 15.0 feet. The river is forecast to rise above flood
stage Tuesday, and reach 15.3 feet Wednesday morning. This would
result in Minor flooding.
