THURSDAY...

MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAIN ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH
THURSDAY WHICH MAY RESULT IN SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY. WITH NEARLY
SATURATED SOILS AND HIGH RIVER LEVELS FROM RECENT RAINS...FLASH
FLOODING AND RIVER FLOODING ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.

THE HIGHEST RAINFALL AMOUNTS LOOK TO FALL ACROSS SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA INTO SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN...BUT THE AXIS OF HEAVIEST RAIN
MAY SHIFT.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MAY BE NEEDED FOR MUCH OF THE AREA.
