...Rising water levels expected along the Upper Mississippi River...
For the Mississippi River the following locations are included: Lake
City...Wabasha...Alma Dam 4...Winona...La Crosse...Lansing...
McGregor...Guttenberg Dam 10.

The recent heavy rains that fell across the Mississippi river
drainage in Minnesota, along with forecast rainfall in the coming
days, will bring rising water levels along the upper Mississippi
River over the next 10 days. However, no flooding is expected at
this time.

Mississippi River at Lake City...The stage this evening was  8.59
feet. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The river is currently expected to
crest near 13.0 feet on October 13th, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at Wabasha...The stage this evening was  8.34 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is currently expected to
crest near 11.5 feet on October 13th, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at Alma Dam 4...The stage this evening was  5.99
feet. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The river is currently expected to
crest near 10.0 feet on October 13th, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at Winona...The stage this evening was  6.63 feet.
Flood stage is 13.0 feet. The river is currently expected to
crest near 11.0 feet on October 13th, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at La Crosse...The stage this evening was  6.42
feet. Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is currently expected to
crest near 10.0 feet on October 14th, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at Lansing...The stage this evening was  8.91 feet.
Flood stage is 17.0 feet. The river is currently expected to
crest near 11.5 feet on October 16th, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at McGregor...The stage this evening was  8.94
feet. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The river is currently expected to
crest near 13.0 feet on October 17th, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10...The stage this evening was
7.43 feet. Flood stage is 15.0 feet. The river is currently expected to
crest near 11.5 feet on October 17th, which is below flood stage.
