HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LA CROSSE WI
500 AM CDT SAT JUN 28 2014

...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY...

THE ATMOSPHERE WILL GROW INCREASINGLY MOIST AND UNSTABLE THROUGH THE
WEEKEND. THIS WILL LEAD TO BOUTS OF THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING FROM TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY.

RIVERS ARE ALREADY ELEVATED DUE TO RECENT HEAVY RAIN...WITH
ADDITIONAL RISES LIKELY TO OCCUR THIS WEEKEND. PARTS OF THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER ARE ALREADY IN FLOOD. ADDITIONAL RAINS POSE THE
THREAT OF INCREASED OR RENEWED RIVER FLOODING.

BE SURE TO STAY TUNED TO LATER FORECASTS AND STATEMENTS. A FLASH
FLOOD WATCH MAY BE NEEDED TO COVER THE HEAVY RAINFALL AND
FLOODING THREAT.
