...Flooding possible along The Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam...and
the Yellow River at Necedah...

Forecast rainfall combined with melting snow will create considerable
runoff over ground that is either highly saturated or still frozen,
which is expected to result in rising water levels. Should this forecast
materialize, flooding will be possible in these areas.

Yellow River at Necedah...The stage this morning was 10.60 feet.
Flood stage is 15.0 feet. The river is forecast to rise above flood
stage Thursday, and crest near 16.9 feet Saturday. This would
result in Moderate flooding.

Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam...The flow this morning was 15898
cubic feet per second. Flooding begins at 30000 cfs. The river is
forecast to rise above flooding level Wednesday afternoon, and reach a
flow near 32000 cubic feet per second Wednesday night. This would result
in minor flooding.
