...Heavy Rainfall Possible Wednesday Afternoon and Night...

Another round of locally heavy rainfall is expected across the
region Wednesday afternoon and night, with rain amounts of 1 to
1.5 inches expected. Localized amounts nearing 3 inches cannot be
ruled out. Due to wet and saturated soils in many areas, any rain
that falls will be quick to run off, raising the risk for
possible flash flooding as well as river flooding.

At this time, the location of the heaviest rainfall remains
somewhat uncertain. However, if you live near a river or stream,
please continue to monitor rainfall amounts and water levels
closely. Be ready to move to higher ground if flooding
materializes.
