.THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE AREA LATE
TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES
ARE POSSIBLE WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS OF 4 INCHES OR MORE
POSSIBLE. RAINFALL RATES COULD BE HIGH WHICH WOULD QUICKLY LEAD TO
FLASH FLOODING IN URBAN AREAS AND NEAR SMALL STREAMS. BE PREPARED
TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND SHOULD HEAVY RAINFALL DEVELOP.

  ALLAMAKEE...CHICKASAW...CLAYTON...FAYETTE...FLOYD...HOWARD...
  MITCHELL AND WINNESHIEK. IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...DODGE...
  FILLMORE...HOUSTON...MOWER...OLMSTED...WABASHA AND WINONA. IN
  WISCONSIN...BUFFALO...CRAWFORD...GRANT...LA CROSSE...
