.THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION
TONIGHT...GRADUALLY EXITING NORTHEAST WEDNESDAY MORNING. 1 TO 3
INCHES OF RAIN LOOKS LIKELY...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
POSSIBLE. CURRENTLY...THE HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE FAVORED ACROSS
NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN. ANOTHER SWATH OF HIGHER
AMOUNTS COULD STRETCH FROM SOUTHERN MINNESOTA INTO NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN.

WITH THE HEAVY RAIN OCCURRING AT NIGHT...MOTORISTS COULD HAVE
LIMITED TIME TO RESPONSE TO WATER COVERED ROADS OR MUDSLIDES.

  WINONA. IN WISCONSIN...ADAMS...BUFFALO...CLARK...CRAWFORD...

  1 TO 2 INCH PER HOUR RAINFALL RATES COULD OCCUR.

* IF YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL TONIGHT...STAY ALERT TO THE LATEST
  CONDITIONS AS ROADS MAY BE BECOME WASHED OUT OR HAVE WATER
  FLOWING OVER THEM. VISIBILITY WILL BE RESTRICTED FROM THE HEAVY
  RAINFALL RATES.
