...HEAVY RAIN THREAT DIMINISHING...

.RAINFALL HAS BEEN WEAKENING LATE THIS EVENING AND WILL CONTINUE
THAT TREND. IN ADDITION...COLDER AIR IS CHANGING THE RAIN OVER TO
SNOW WHICH WILL ALSO DIMINISH RUNOFF.

MUCH OF THE AREA HAS RECEIVED OVER AN INCH OF RAIN...WITH SOME
AREAS CLOSER TO 2 INCHES. COMBINED WITH HEAVY RAIN LAST
NIGHT...THIS HAS LED TO RISES ON AREA RIVERS AND SOME LOCALIZED
FLOODING. THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN ROCK AND MUDSLIDES.

UNTIL THE RAIN SHIFTS OUT OF THE AREA. MORE FLOODING COULD
DEVELOP. FLOODING IS ALSO DIFFICULT TO SPOT AT NIGHT SO USE
