.HEAVY RAIN FROM THE PAST FEW DAYS HAS RESULTED IN FLASH FLOODING
ACROSS LARGE PORTIONS OF THE AREA...WITH ROAD CLOSURES...
MUDSLIDES...AND RISING WATER ON RIVERS AND STREAMS.

LATEST TRENDS INDICATE HEAVY RAIN ACTIVITY SHOULD MAINLY BE
CONFINED TO PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST IOWA INTO FAR SOUTHWEST
WISCONSIN WHERE AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO LOCALLY 2 INCHES WILL BE
POSSIBLE.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOOD WATERS AS IT MAY HAVE WASHED OUT THE ROAD
OR BRIDGE.

  WISCONSIN...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN
  IOWA...CHICKASAW...CLAYTON...FAYETTE AND FLOYD. IN SOUTHWEST
  WISCONSIN...GRANT.

* UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON

* AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN COULD FALL THROUGH THIS MORNING.

* SOME ROADS WILL HAVE WATER OVER THEM. MUDSLIDES HAVE ALSO OCCURRED.
  DRAINAGE AREAS WILL BE FULL AND COULD FLOOD AGAIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

THOSE LIVING OR RECREATING NEAR WATERWAYS SHOULD MONITOR LATER
FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLASH FLOOD
WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
