  WINONA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA...
  WABASHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA...
  DODGE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA...
  OLMSTED COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 245 AM CDT

* AT 1046 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ROCHESTER...WINONA...DODGE CENTER...WABASHA...MANTORVILLE...
  KASSON...STEWARTVILLE...BYRON...GOODVIEW...ST. CHARLES...
  PLAINVIEW...CHATFIELD...EYOTA...LEWISTON...HAYFIELD...ORONOCO...
  ELGIN...BUFFALO CITY AND MAZEPPA.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA.

DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.
