THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN WINONA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA...
  SOUTHEASTERN OLMSTED COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 430 PM CDT

* AT 128 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN
  HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE
  THROUGH 430 PM. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* CAMPERS NEAR RIVERS AND STREAMS SHOULD CONSIDER EVACUATION AS
  WATER LEVELS WILL RISE RAPIDLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  WHITE WATER STATE PARK...ST. CHARLES...CHATFIELD...EYOTA...
  LEWISTON...ELGIN...DOVER...ROLLINGSTONE...ALTURA...SARATOGA...
  FREMONT...UTICA...TROY...AND ELBA.

FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE
YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME
KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS. CAMPERS AND HIKERS SHOULD AVOID STREAMS OR
CREEKS.
