RIVER TO RISE TO NEAR FLOOD STAGE AT WABASHA MINNESOTA AND ABOVE
FLOOD STAGE AT MCGREGOR IOWA. HERE IS THE LATEST STAGE AND FORECAST
INFORMATION.

RIVER FORECASTS TAKE INTO ACCOUNT BOTH OBSERVED AND FORECAST
PRECIPITATION.

* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE FRIDAY MORNING AND RISE TO NEAR
  16.7 FEET SUNDAY MORNING. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE
  TUESDAY EVENING.
* IMPACT...AT 16.5 FEET...WATER MAY BEGIN TO GO OVER THE ROAD
  COVERING PART OF HIGHWAY C NEAR HIGHWAY 18.
