  NORTHWESTERN HOUSTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...
  SOUTHEASTERN WINONA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 915 PM CDT

* AT 615 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY
  RAINFALL. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. 1
  TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN WITH ANOTHER INCH OF
  RAINFALL POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT HOUR.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  WINONA...GOODVIEW...RUSHFORD...LANESBORO...WILSON... MONEY
  CREEK...HIGHLAND...NEWBURG...AMHERST...HART...YUCATAN...
  PETERSON AND WHALAN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN
URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL
ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.
