FLOYD...NORTHERN FAYETTE...HOWARD...CHICKASAW...MITCHELL AND
WINNESHIEK COUNTIES...

AT 1240 AM LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN CONTINUED ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE
ADVISORY AREA. THIS RAIN WAS SLOWLY LIFTING NORTH OF THE AREA.

ONLY MINOR WITHIN BANK RISES HAVE BEEN NOTED ON SOME OF THE AREA
RIVERS FROM THE HEAVIER RAINS EARLIER THIS EVENING. WITH THE HEAVIER
RAINS HAVING ENDED AND FLOODING IS NO LONGER EXPECTED TO POSE A
THREAT THE SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT
1245 AM.

WITH THE LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINS CONTINUING ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE
AREA...REMAIN ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LAYING AREAS AND WET
ROADS.

TO REPORT FLOODING...HAVE THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY RELAY
YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE.
