feet of water to float most automobiles, including sport utility

* At  3:10 AM Saturday the flow was 35000 cfs.

  The Yellow River AT Necedah.
* until Tuesday evening...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  2:30 AM Saturday the stage was 17.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall...Dropping below flood
  stage by Tuesday morning.
