THE FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR
  THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT LA CROSSE.
* AT 10:00 AM MONDAY THE STAGE WAS 11.9 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET.
* FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT  7:30 AM MONDAY.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO 11.6 FEET BY TUESDAY
  MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT 12.0 FEET...PETTIBONE CAMPGROUND AND RV PARK IS FLOODED.
  ROAD ACCESS TO THE NORTH END OF THE SHORE ACRES DEVELOPMENT IS
  IMPACTED BY FLOODING. SOME LOWLAND FLOODING OCCURS IN OTHER AREAS
  NEAR THE RIVER.
