.RECENT RAINFALL HAS CAUSED RIVER LEVELS ALONG THE KICKAPOO RIVER
FROM VIOLA DOWNSTREAM TO STEUBEN WISCONSIN TO RISE AND POSSIBLY
RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE. THEREFORE...FLOOD WARNINGS REMAIN IN EFFECT
AT THESE LOCATIONS.

RIVER FORECASTS TAKE INTO ACCOUNT BOTH OBSERVED AND FORECAST
PRECIPITATION.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE CARS INTO FLOODED AREAS. REMEMBER...IT TAKES ONLY TWO

  WATER MAY BE OVER HIGHWAY 131 THREE MILES NORTH OF VIOLA, NEAR SKI
  HILL ROAD, AND ALSO OVER SIMMONS FLAT ROAD ABOUT A MILE NORTH OF
  TOWN.

* IMPACT...AT 12.0 FEET...WATER STARTS TO AFFECT BUSINESS AND
  RESIDENCES AND MINOR FLOODING AFFECTS LOWLANDS AND LOWER ROADS.
