FILLMORE...NORTHWESTERN HOUSTON AND SOUTHEASTERN WINONA COUNTIES...

AT 712 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN FELL
ACROSS THE AREA. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF AROUND 1/2 INCH ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH 7 PM.

WINONA...GOODVIEW...RUSHFORD...LANESBORO...WILSON... MONEY
CREEK...HIGHLAND...NEWBURG...AMHERST...HART...YUCATAN...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN AREAS...
HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
