BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED
FLOOD WARNING
National Weather Service La Crosse WI
1010 AM CDT WED SEP 21 2016

...Flooding Expected along the Black and Trempealeau Rivers...

.Heavy rainfall affected parts of the area overnight. Additional
heavy rain is forecast for today through tomorrow. This, combined
with the already moist soil conditions, is expected to result in
rising water levels along both the Trempealeau and Black Rivers.
Flooding is expected from Black River Falls downstream through the
Galesville area, as well as from the Arcadia area down through
Dodge.

Here are the latest forecasts based on the observed and forecast
rainfall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you live in a threatened area, be alert for high or rising water,
and be ready to move to higher ground if necessary.

Do not drive cars into flooded areas. Remember, it only takes two
feet of water to float most automobiles, including sport utility
vehicles. Turn Around, Don`t Drown!

Stay tuned to your favorite source of weather information, &
including NOAA Weather Radio, for later statements.
