FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1100 CST ON FEBRUARY 11.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE CONTACT THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE.

.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE REGION THIS MORNING WILL
SLIDE TO THE SOUTHEAST AND INTO THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY. THIS WILL
ALLOW A FAST MOVING STORM SYSTEM TO DROP OUT OF THE WESTERN
DAKOTAS AND INTO NEBRASKA BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN MOVE
ACROSS MISSOURI AND INTO THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY TONIGHT. CLOUDS
WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE OVER THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON IN ADVANCE
OF THE STORM SYSTEM AND THEN BECOME CLOUDY TONIGHT. THE LIGHT SNOW
FROM THIS SYSTEM WILL REMAIN TO THE SOUTHWEST OF THE AREA. WINDS
WILL BE LIGHT OUT OF THE WEST TO SOUTHWEST BEFORE BECOMING
NORTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH FOR FRIDAY.
