NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LA CROSSE WI
455 AM CDT TUE APR 26 2016

FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1030 CDT ON APRIL 26.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE CONTACT THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE.

.DISCUSSION...MUCH COOLER CONDITIONS HAVE ARRIVED AND WILL STICK
AROUND TODAY...WITH SOME PATCHY MORNING DRIZZLE ENDING BUT LOW
CLOUDS LIKELY TO STICK AROUND FOR MUCH OF THE DAY. SHOULD CLOUDS
HANG IN EVEN LONGER THAN EXPECTED BEYOND 4 PM...IT IS POSSIBLE
THAT AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL BE SEVERAL DEGREES COOLER THAN
FORECAST...WHICH WOULD INCREASE EXPECTED MINIMUM HUMIDITY LEVELS
QUITE A BIT. WINDS THROUGH THE DAY WILL REMAIN STEADY FROM THE
EAST TO NORTHEAST FROM 8 TO 14 MPH. CLEARING IS EXPECTED THIS
EVENING AND TONIGHT BEFORE CLOUDS ARRIVE AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY...WITH
INCREASING CHANCES FOR AFTERNOON RAIN. BETTER RAIN CHANCES WILL
ARRIVE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.
