THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST INTO CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE -10 TO -25 DEGREE RANGE OVERNIGHT.
A LIGHT WEST WIND WILL MAKE THESE TEMPERATURES FEEL LIKE THEY ARE
IN THE -15 TO -30 DEGREE RANGE. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MAY BE NEED FOR
PARTS OR ALL OF THE AREA LATER TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

WIND CHILLS COULD BE IN THE -15 TO -30 RANGE FRIDAY MORNING AND A
WIND CHILL ADVISORY MAY BE NEEDED FOR PARTS OR ALL OF THE AREA.

TWO STORM SYSTEMS MAY IMPACT THE AREA THIS WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT
WEEK. THE FIRST ONE WILL BE CENTERED ON SATURDAY NIGHT AND THE
SECOND ON MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY.

THE FIRST OF THESE SYSTEMS COULD BRING 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW TO
AREAS MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 94 SATURDAY NIGHT. THE
SECOND STORM REMAINS MORE UNCERTAIN BUT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BRING
ACCUMULATING SNOW TO MUCH...IF NOT ALL OF THE AREA MONDAY NIGHT
AND TUESDAY. KEEP ABREAST OF THE LATEST FORECASTS CONCERNING THESE
TWO STORM SYSTEMS.
