VISIBILITIES ARE MAINLY AT A QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS BUT WILL
GRADUALLY IMPROVE TOWARDS MIDDAY.

SOME FREEZING DRIZZLE IS ALSO POSSIBLE THIS MORNING. ROADS MAY
BE SLIPPERY IN SPOTS DUE TO THE FOG AND FREEZING DRIZZLE.
