This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Wind chill readings tonight will dip back into the 15 to 30 below
zero range for most areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Accumulating snowfall of 2 to 3 inches is forecast Sunday
afternoon and evening, with localized amounts up to 4 inches
possible. Some blowing and drifting snow is also possible Sunday
night and Monday, especially for open areas west of the
Mississippi River.

Wind chill readings from 15 to 30 below zero will continue at
times Sunday through Wednesday, especially during the overnight
and early morning hours for areas along and west of the
Mississippi River.
