WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.

LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO EARLY THIS AFTERNOON WITH 1 TO 3
INCHES OF ACCUMULATION POSSIBLE. THE HIGHEST TOTALS WILL LIKELY
FALL NORTH OF HIGHWAY 29 IN WISCONSIN. NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO
30 MPH...GUSTING TO 40 MPH AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON WILL CREATE
PATCHY BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW ACROSS THE OPEN AREAS OF
SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA INTO EARLY THIS EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

WIND CHILL VALUES OF -15 TO -25 ARE EXPECTED EARLY WEDNESDAY
MORNING.
