southwest Wisconsin and west central Wisconsin.

Accumulating snow and impacts to travel are possible late Wednesday
through Friday. It is still too early to determine snow amounts
due to an uncertain storm track. Pay attention to later forecasts
and updates on this developing storm system.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Iowa...northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Patchy dense fog is expected this morning across portions of
southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa. Visibility may drop to
one half mile or less at times. In addition, fog may freeze upon
untreated roads and bridges leading to slippery travel.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday
