This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Outdoor burning is discouraged today due to a combination of
breezy westerly winds and low relative humidity.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Isolated thunderstorms are possible Tuesday afternoon and again
Wednesday afternoon into Thursday. Severe weather is not expected
at this time. However, additional rainfall during these periods
may result in rises on area rivers with some minor flooding
possible. Some localized flash flooding is also possible given
saturated soils from recent heavy rainfall.
